  31. The recent "seven-dollar" study (about 4 years old now) was done by
  32. Chapman and Associates  under contract to NASA.  Goldin cited it in
  33. his talk at the Indianapolis town meeting.  I have a copy somewhere
  34. among my effects, but I haven't read it.  :-(

  36. A summary of the German study *was* posted to sci.space in the past
  37. couple of months.  Perhaps some enthusiastic archive jockey can
  38. retrieve it.
