  55. This book is the libretto of my Quixotic Quest to understand the meaning of
  56. existence and all our lives in terms of the astounding breakthroughs in new
  57. physics.  I present a new theory of history that involves time travel.

  59. I sing true songs1 of my involvement with famous people, sex, drugs,
  60. murder, karma, cloak and dagger intrigue, betrayal by friends and lovers.
  61. Like the Scarlet Pimpernel, I reveal my real role in the covert PSI WARS
  62. intelligence operations in San Francisco and at Esalen in Big Sur that
  63. contributed to the destruction of the Soviet Union.

  65. The title "Destiny Matrix" is a play on "Density Matrix".  The density
  66. matrix in quantum mechanics describes the web of quantum connections that
  67. can not only spread across all of space but also all of time from the
  68. moment of creation to the future Omega Point2.

  70. The mind is a complex web of quantum connections within quantum connections
  71. spanning many levels of organization of matter from quarks to galaxies.

  73. The quantum connection4 is a communication channel that exists above and
  74. beyond space-time.  The "telepathic" intuitive messages transmitted on the
  75. quantum connection do not require direct propagation of energy within
  76. space-time.  The meaning of this idea will be developed in this book.

  78. After almost a half century of thinking about the meaning of existence I
  79. have come to the following hypotheses which can be tested by experiments in
  80. physics laboratories.  The universe did not come into being randomly by
  81. chance.  The universe is created by intelligent design.  There is a God,
  82. but that God evolves from us.  That is the deep meaning of the Bible's
  83. story of Abraham's Covenant with God.

  86. in an amazingly precise way that ensures that we and God will evolve.
  87. Man's role in the universe is vital.  We are part of the quantum process
  88. that brings the universe into being.

  90. We are about to develop an advanced super-technology of powerful energy
  91. sources8, ultra-intelligent artificial life forms and time travelling star
  92. ships.   This book will explain some of the basic ideas of the coming
  93. super-technology

  95. Causes and effects are not like points on a line of time with causes always
  96. before effects.  Causes and effects lie on circles of time.  If you look on
  97. a small piece of the circle, causes can be in the future of their effects.
  98. When a cause is in the future of its effect we have meaning, purpose and
  99. destiny.

  101. Indeed the structure of cause and effect is similar to Ezekial's "wheels
  102. within wheels".  Imagine a circle. Imagine another circle within that
  103. circle. Keep on going.  This is a fractal structure.

  105. If I am right it will be possible to make precognition machines that will
  106. be able to receive messages transmitted from the future.  Psychic
  107. researchers suggest that precognition is an innate property of the human
  108. mind. If these machines work, they are right.

  110. If you receive a true message from the future you are caught in the web of
  111. the destiny matrix.  Feel the kiss of the Spider Goddess.  You cannot
  112. change the future of that universe.  Other parallel universes also exist in
  113. which there are copies of yourself.  A successful attempt to change the
  114. future or the past will split the universe into parallel universes.

  116. Our consciousness is quantum computer software.  Our bodies are hardware.
  117. The physics of consciousness is the study of the mind-matter interaction.
  118. Once we understand that interaction we will be able to move from body to
  119. body.  The problem is similar to loading a computer program on to a hard
  120. disc.  You will be able to experience other people's thoughts and feelings
  121. as if they were your own.  For example, the Rabbi Yeshua known to the world
  122. as Jesus Christ's physical body was born from Mary but His Divine Mind came
  123. from the Once and Future God through the quantum connection.   The quantum
  124. connection (i.e., the Holy Ghost) is a communication channel beyond space-
  125. time.  In this precise technical sense God incarnated into a man.

  127. I suggest that quantum jumps in the evolution of the species and in our
  128. civilization10 are caused by the intervention of time travellers from the
  129. future who are ensuring their own coming into being.   I will argue later
  130. that the fact that the Soviet Union collapsed so quickly and that both
  131. Boris Yeltsin and Mikail Gorbachev have been under the influence of the
  132. Esalen Institute in Big Sur (where I started the Physics Consciousness
  133. Seminars11) is evidence for this view.

  135. I am suggesting that precognition is essential to all creative mental
  136. processes.  Mozart said he simply wrote down music that he heard or
  137. saw...He was having vivid precognitions of his future music which literally
  138. created itself...Wagner spoke of his music as music from the future.
  139. Nietzsche wrote of the "self-rolling wheel".  The creative genius13 is able
  140. to accurately decode important messages telepathically transmitted on the
  141. quantum connection from the future.  Poets through the ages sing of Divine
  142. Inspiration by the Muse.  I am simply suggesting a new physics model for
  143. their images.

  146. gossip and seemingly paranoid conspiracy theories later on.  Rest ye from
  147. from the ridiculous for awhile. Ascend to the Divine.  Let me play Virgil
  148. to your Dante on a short trip to the stars (ad astra) and beyond to the
  149. Mind of God in the land of imaginary time.
