  14. It's amazing how the idea that the future causes the past makes people
  15. crazy and angry.

  17. The National University of Singapore seems to be a hotbed of cynics and
  18. naive realists.  I suppose they do an adequate job teaching the
  19. Singaporeans how to manufacture computer chips and cellular telephones etc.
  20. One of them sent me a note saying "HAHAHAHAHA" is that Malay - or a or an
  21. epileptic fit?
