  23. Fast etching with HF (higly concentrated) will give rough surface, though I
  24. think it may be difficult to controle the 50 um measure.

  26. What I would like next to suggest are vacuum or chemical deposition of
  27. diffusive or absorbing lyers. Or simply application of a piece of material
  28. with useful properties using e.g. electrostatics - as a dust.

  30. And the last - do the strip may be a scratch?
