- Ahh memories...I remember when Abe was nothing but pieces of a puzzle
- at Newport News Shipyard....back when I precommed the THEODORE
- ROOSEVELT, we had to walk through the shipyard to get to TR, passing
- the pieces that would one day form ABE. For those who haven't seen
- carrier construction in progress, it's a sight.

- I believe that ABE, shortly after transferring to the West coast,
- completed a WestPac, but don't quote me on that. It is most
- definitely a Super Carrier, as is TR, and now GEORGE WASHINGTON
- (CVN-73).
