  15. In regional conflicts in a post cold war world (PCWW) snipers play an 
  16. increasingly important role. 
  17. I'd be interested in the current status of sniper/anti-sniper technology. 
  18. Furthermore I'd be interested in contacts to develop/implement some of my 
  19. own ideas in that direction.
