  15. My husbands aunt is a surgical nurse. Last week she was prepping an HIV+ 
  16. patient for surgery, but had forgotten to lower her faceguard. She 
  17. accidentally touched a sore which subsequently exploded in her face and 
  18. entered her eyes. The rest of the team rushed her out and cleaned her up, 
  19. but this woman is beside herself with worry. Can anyone give me a risk 
  20. estimate of her becoming HIV infected? It seems to me that the risk is quite 
  21. low, but I'd like to hear some input from the net "experts".
