- Well not in my experience. I find that orgasm helps whether or not
- any penetration occurs, therefore cervical massage doesn't seem to be
- a factor for me. I seem to recall hearing an explanation having to do
- with release of prostaglandins during orgasm, but I don't remember
- details. BTW, I do know women who claim that having an orgasm makes
- their cramps worse.
