- According to Kreitzman, the critical threshold for ketosis is
- about 50-60 grams per day CHO. The transition about this
- threshold is abrupt, 10g/day makes a profound difference. At
- 75g CHO/day it would seem unlikely for one to attain ketosis,
- but only the Ketostix would know for sure.
