  20. I like Periactin and Sansert.  I haven't found verapamil to be
  21. terribly good despite what others say.  O2 7 l/min by ventimask
  22. works pretty well to relieve the pain.  Certainly the beta blockers
  23. and tricyclics should be tried also.
