- this is a somewhat deceptive statement. MathCAD now has some serious
- symbolic capabilities. Just the ability to enter, manipulate and use
- symbolic equations is a huge step.
- Those abilites are not recognized when people say/imply that ONLY 80
- out of 2000 routines are available.

- MathCAD is a great product that was primarily numerical at first.
- Now it has some good symbolics. If you're primarily interested in symbolics
- of course it's not the package for you. But many average users
- with minimal symbolic requirements will find MathCAD the tool of choice.
