  12. I am looking for Fortran (or C) program(s) to design various
  13. data filters similar to those that are currentely available
  14. in Matlab and other similar packages. Netlib and IMSL seems to have
  15. nothing in this area .So I shall greatly appreciate your
  16. help in this regard.
