  13. The University of Plymouth have recently dropped SAS, since most of
  14. its procedures are included in SPSS.  However, we have no equivalent software 
  15. for SAS's OR (operational research) module.
  16.  
  17. So I'm looking for a package (preferably multiplatform,
  18. Windows/DOS/Mac/mainframe)  that covers the area of mathematical programming
  19. (linear/integer programming, travelling salesman, assignment problem, etc)
  20.  
  21. Any information will be most invaluable.
