- Diffusion length will depend on the particular types of material
- being used and often this quantity is determined experimentally
- for the SUT. For a general treatment and lots of nice discussions
- consult Borg and Dienes, "An Introduction to Solid State Diffusion,"
- AP, New York, 1988. Also David Burn's "Solid State Physics" does
- some useful discussions.
