  20. Well, this is *partly* true. The Chinese are only making their cheap
  21. labour available within the context of their national endeavours to
  22. keep the worst of the exploiters at arms length, toward positioning
  23. themselves to benefit by exploiting other resources in turn. The
  24. Philippines are also having the Americans leave, while the whole of
  25. the Asia-Pacfic rim keeps an acute weather eye constantly on Japan.

  28. toward political sovereignty and stability, yes?
