- It doesn't matter. There will always be a high end of wealth. Besides,
- my proposal really has nothing to do with wealth, but rather paying
- for auto use. If everyone decided not to own cars anymore, there would
- be no more use for it. Its primary purpose is not to redistribute wealth,
- but as stated, to protect the environment.
