  18. First, it was *NOT* the Arkansas Legislature, it was either the Iowa or the
  19. Indiana legislature, if I recall correctly;  second, the bill was introduced as
  20. a facetious dig at some other pending legislation, the point being that if the
  21. legislature was going to be silly enough to take the other legislation
  22. seriously, then they ought to consider setting the value of pi by fiat.
