  20. Yes, we are all quite aware of the fact that your primary agenda is to
  21. invoke panic so you can rush your policy proposals through. Sorry, but
  22. in a democracy you must consult with other people (especially the old
  23. ladies who have already earned such respect and consideration), which
  24. takes time.

  26. Your operating model appears to offer but two choices, accept either
  27. the risk of dying from the "greenhouse effect", or the risk of mass
  28. destructiveness in the civil unrest you wish to stir up in the pursuit
  29. of your campaign to fast track policies before the planet "overheats".

  32. risks intimately. The former remains entirely hypothetical.
