  13. Question toall. Was the Spotted Owl going away becuase of human encrouchment or
  14. was it going away because of natural factors that if humans had not been there,
  15. that would have made the Spotted Owl extinct.. Basically the question is was
  16. its natures plan to extinct the Spotted Owl, and what was its (nature) method
  17. of doing say extinction??
