- Indeed, and the more balanced input we get from the middle ground,
- prepared to weigh the reliability of evidence and the validity of
- argument for themselves on particular issues, to probe and question
- before coming to any sort of viable strategy for doing anything about
- them (if indeed anything *needs* to be done), the better off we all
- are . . .
