  27. Sounds like an excellent idea for a new newsgroup!  I find myself dealing
  28. with these issues more and more and would love a resource in which I could
  29. learn and exchange experience with.  I suggest that if there is sufficient
  30. interest we could put out a RFD.  I'm not sure where such a group would
  31. fit though or what it should be called.  Perhaps it could be put as a
  32. subgroup to sci.materials, for example sci.materials.haz-waste?
