- U of Minnesota, at Duluth, MN (I think) - very good
- Case Western Reserve, Cleveland, OH - very good
- Ohio state, Columbus, OH - good
- Marquette Unniversity at Milwaukee, WI - good

- I'm not sure if USC, UCLA, UPenn, Penn state, Houston.....have a pure biomed program. (a separate dept.)

- UI at UC, Illinois has a very good EE program with Biomed tracks.
- Other schools are UTA, texas; UTHSC at Dallas (joint program with UTA);
- TAMU, college station, Texas is good.
- Louisiana Tech university, Ruston , LA has a good Undergraduate program.

- Check if the Biomed programs are ABET Accredited.

- Remember to narrow done on the basis of research or industry orientation. Some very good schools are more research oriented.
