- The mindset has nothing to do with it. Most of the third world will
- remain third world. The theory that much of Africa and parts of
- Asia will suddenly throw down their spear and clubs and put on suites
- and want to buy BMWs to drive to their highrise condos is just flat
- wistful thinking. Solar, wind and other low technology, soft
- energy will do just fine there because their energy requirements
- will remain light.
