  12. I have an old tv converter.  It's a Jerold, the one with the remote 
  13. that takes a 9 volt.  Some of the red LED segments that make up the 
  14. channel display don't light up anymore.  I know the converter is 
  15. probably not worth fixing, but I'm just curious as to whether or 
  16. not these things can be done at a barable cost.
