  13. Can someone recomend a minimal part count and minimal power
  14. (battery powered) circuit to amplify a microphone
  15. just enough to trigger a frequency counter (25 mV RMS sine wave
  16. sensitivity, with trigger level variable +-350 mV around the
  17. average value of the input).  The microphone is a Radio Shack
  18. model 33-2001 with 500 Ohm impedance.
