  13. To the person who requested books on VCR Repair.  I recently checked
  14. out two books from the area library on VCR Repair:
  15.  
  16.     "Complete Guide to Videocassette Recorder Operation
  17.      and Servicing," John D. Lenk, Prentice-Hall, 1983.
  18.  
  19.     "Home VCR Repair Illustrated," Richard C. Wilkins and
  20.     Cheryl A. Hubbard, TAB Books, 1991.
  21.  
  22. The first one (Lenk) can get as technical as you want, describing the
  23. basics of TV signals, modulation methods used by the VCR, etc.  The
  24. second one (Wilkins and Hubbard) seems to be more of a technicians
  25. repair guide with many useful photos of the internal structures.
