  13. I would like to buy a cable TV block converter, the cable converter that 
  14. translates the entire cable band the UHF band.  I want to get one to use it 
  15. on a TV that channels 2-6 don't work but everything else is fine.

  17. These block converters were very common 10 years ago.  Does any one know of 
  18. any surplus places that still have them?  Or does any one have an old one 
  19. that they want to unload?
