- 68HC11A1FN: as far as I know (from a local dealer) the A1 stands for 512 bytes
- EEprom,
- (A0 = no EPROM, A8 = 8kb EEPROM) the FN stands for OTP (one time program) PLCC
- plastic case
- with no erase window.

- Because it is OTP, I guess it actually comes with EPROM, not EEPROM.
