- About two years ago Motorola was marketing a 68332 EVB/EVC/EVM system. It consisted of a
- small Business Card Computer (BCC) style/size circuit board with the 68332 microcontroller, some
- ROM and RAM (about 128 KB I think.) The 68332 is a 32-bit microcontroller with a MC68020 core
- and some peripheral support functions, such as timers and I/O control. I believe the processer
- runs at or about 16 MHz.
-
- At the time Motorola was marketing this to Colleges and Universities the price was in the $200-
- $300 range. However, the "regular" price was something like double that.
-
- A classmate of mine bought one, and if it wasn't for a lack of cash, I would have picked one
- up also. It looked like a nice little package that had some horsepower in it.
-
- Maybe someone from Motorola can confirm whether this board is still available?????
-
-
- Hope this helps.
