  34.         very stupid theives, or ones who were duped by the cable
  35.         installer (who acutally was the theif), call the cable company.

  37.         other theives, may in some cases, unhook there box until it
  38.         can be looked at by a smart theive.

  40.         smart theives, will either not have this happen (there smart enough
  41.         to figure out how the box works, so they deactivate this trap).  Or
  42.         once the box goes into this mode, they will fixit and re-activate it.
