- Recently Available (at least listed in my 1990 IC master)
- were the AY3-1015 from Microchip (Formerly General Instruments Semi.),
- the COM8017 from Standard Microsystems and the HD6402 from Harris.
-
- The HD6402 (with some new part number similar to it) are in the latest
- Newark catalog. The COM8017 are listed in an advertising page
- in the latest Active catalog, but not in the price lists.
-
- And if you're fishing the surplus market, there's also parts
- from AMI (s1602), Fujitsu (MB8868) and Intersil (IM6402).
- And a bunch of real old chips that needed +5 and -12 volts.
- (AY5-1013, MM5303, TR1602)
