  15.   If Commerce revokes its July 1991 ruling that U.S. industry faced unfair
  16. competition from Japanese screen manufacturers, the decision would effectively
  17. bring an end to the ITC's deliberations and any further action.

  20. Business Machines Corp., Apple Computer Inc., Compaq Computer Corp, and
  21. OIS Optical Imaging Systems Inc.
