- Several months ago I saw an article in PEOPLE magazine
- about a graduate student, deciphering a cryptic Greek
- painting. He/She figured out the figures represented letters
- of the Greek alphabet -- A "rebus". I think there was
- something like that in the Satyricon.
- If anyone has any information about this PEOPLE piece,
- the scholar who was the subject, or any published form in
- which this or similar items might be found, I would
- appreciate hearing about it.
