  30. data tables (CRC Atlas of Spect. Data and Phys. Const. for
  31. Org. Comp., #p1391), phalimide shows no uv absorption
  32. above 291nm. However, we have observed a luminescence
  33. with excitation/emission maxima at 350/410 nm.
