  27. Seventy percent of the science objectives can be obtained using the Low Gain
  28. Antenna.  Compressions techniques (10x improvment) with upgrades to the 
  29. Deep Space Network (another 10x improvement) will give an effective 100x
  30. improvement of the LGA's 10 bps transmission rate that it will be using
  31. at Jupiter.  If you want more details, refer to the June 1992 press conference.
