  12. I am working on an astrocamera based on a 12" f/2.5 aero ektar.
  13. The negative size will be 2.25 X 3.25".  Since no CCD can cover
  14. an area this large, and I would love to play with the data
  15. electronically, I have been considering scanning the negative
  16. on a flat bed scanner.

  18. Is there anyone out there trying this?  There are issues like
  19. backside illumination instead of front side, etc.
