  12. Hey netland!  I've got a good one for you: I am a researcher at University
  13. of Delaware currently working on weakfish (Cynoscion regalis), a saltwater
  14. fish that lives off the East Coast over the continental shelf.  We have
  15. several 300 gallon tanks with UGF's and canister filters (Ocean Clear).  A
  16. couple days ago we noticed a white stringy mass on the eyes of one of the
  17. fish.  According to Mardel's disease chart, this would be some kind of
  18. bacterial infection and should be treated with Maracyn.  So we did that
  19. along with Maroxy in a 150 gallon hospital tank.  The infection does not
  20. appear to be improving, but it doesn't look worse either.  Anybody got any
  21. ideas?  We have a limitted number of fish to work with for the winter
  22. (since all of them have migrated to deep water off the Carolinas for the
  23. winter) so any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Replies
