  27. Well it is possible that Hannibal was black, but I doubt it..
  28. The ruling class of Carthage was semite and semites are generally
  29. brown..Berbers are brown.. Berbers are a Hamite people, related some to the
  30. Egyptians.. Seems alot of people of afro-american decent (Actually sub-sahara
  31. decent) Want to claim that everyone of major fame was black, to pprove
  32. themselves to have someone to look up to. Well Cleopatra was not black, and I
  33. doubt Hannibal was.. Its kind of the reverse of white europeans protraying
  34. Jesus as white (as in white european) verus being semite. (brown)..

  36. Not sure of any sub-sahara civilization books.. Do know of Zimbabwe,
  37. Timbuktu(sp) and Ethiopia and a few others.. Can't remember the old name of
  38. ethiopia..

  40. I do know that the Zulu (BAntu) who were pastorialists were moving south into
  41. what is now Zimbabwe and displacing agricultral people. One of the problems of
  42. Zimbabwe today was becuase of tribal problems from that period..
  43. Must not forget MAdagasgar (bit that was a mixed Black African Arab Trader
  44. country. Reason for the rise of Swahili. A trade tongue based on a Bantu Lingo
  45. with a lot of borrowing from arabic..
