  12. I am going on a caribbean cruize for the first time and will be
  13. going to many islands.  I would like to get some windsurfing in while
  14. at a few islands.  Does anyone know if you really have enough time
  15. to do that on a cruise?  At each port we stop for about
  16. 10 hours.  If anyone has been to the ports please let me know
  17. if the wind is good and where to go and where to rent equipment.

  20.                   La Guira -- 8 hrs
  21.                   Grenada -- 7 hrs
  22.                   Barbados -- 10 hrs
  23.                   St. Lucia  -- 10 hrs

  25.                   St. Maartin -- 10 hrs
  26.                   St. Thomas -- 12 hrs

  29. We sail from Jan 8 to Jan 18.

  31. I am a low level intermediate (I guess).  Can do beach starts,
  32. 20% of my water starts, Gybes in light winds, use the harness all
  33. the time, and am back at the footstraps but not in them.  I sail
  34. on a transition board.  Unfortunatly, I only sailed about
  35. 3 times last year so I'm a little rusty.

  41. P.S.  My boyfriend is also going.  He is pretty much a beginer --
  42. can do some beach starts and is starting to use the harness.
