  11. I'm shopping for a compact 8mm camcorder. My parents bought a Canon
  12. UC1 for Christmas ($699 @ Sam's Wholesale) and have been pleased with
  13. it thus far. Two coworkers bought Sony TR-71s last month and they've
  14. been pleased too.

  16. I'm considering buying either one of the UC-series or a TR-71. I'd
  17. like to hear both good and bad comments from owners of either brand.
