- It's been a while since I've been on the net, so I apologize if this is a
- FAQ. A friend of mine who is, quite frankly, incapable of programming
- a VCR the "old-fashioned way", wants a VCR that he can use VCR+ on. Since
- I know nothing about VCR+, I decided to come to the net and get the scoop.
-
- 1. He thinks you must buy a VCR that is "VCR+-compatible". Is this true?
- 2. How much will buying VCR+ jack up the price if #1 is true?
- 3. My feeling is if #1 is true, then why are VCR+ remotes sold separately?
- Is it better to buy a vanilla VCR, then buy a VCR+ remote? Does this
- question even make sense?
-
- Please e-mail responses to charpel@mitre.org. Thanks in advance!
