- I've got a TR45 (yeah, it's old, but it works GREAT and i'm happy). I
- too have this problem with the motor noise from the zoom and autofocus
- which is actually quite annoying while filming quiet scenes (nature
- scenes for example). I also don't like the way the microphone 'focuses'
- or rather it's lack of focus. If I zoom in on something the mic doesn't
- zoom in, but rather picks up local sound (including zoom and autofocus).
-
- I thought they would have fixed this problem in the newer models. I
- suppose I could use an external mic, but what a pain.
-
- Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone have a way around it?
