- Well if it is new you should get a new unit or have it serviced. I am going
- to let Sony try to fix mine. They are coming to pick it up on Monday. From
- the few replies that I got it seems like this problem does exsist in MANY
- Sony sets and most people can NOT hear this HF (high frequency) emission. I
- am not sure if your TV is having the same type of problem my TV gives off
- the sound all of the time, and it is annoying as all hell. I can not beleive
- Sony would release such a flawed piece of equipment, it is pathetic
- especially when you consider the fact that I spent about 200 bucks extra for
- the Sony over others in its class. Ohh well, I guess I got screwed.
