  12. I'm travelling to Nicaragua, Honduras and hopefully El Salvador for
  13. approx. two weeks at the end of January. I've got the Lonely Planet
  14. Guide for Central America and the U.S. Government travel advisories. Can
  15. anybody who has backpacked there recently give me some information on
  16. guest-houses in the main towns, safety of inter-country travel (i.e. by
  17. bus or hitching, also border crossings) and/or any other general tips
  18. and info about must sees and must not sees.

  20. I will be travelling by myself (at this stage) on an Australian
  21. Passport, flying into Managua from Miami.
