- I agree. Cozumel is one of the ten best dive spots in the world (IMHO).

- One of the best things we did while in Cancun was take an organized
- bus trip to Chitetza (sp). It is about 125 miles from Cancun on a
- two lane road which goes through 17 villages. The bus ride took
- about 3 hours each way, included lunch and a show and a stop on the
- way back. They gave us a Myan history lesson in both English and
- Spanish. By the time we got to the ruins, we knew what to look for
- and had some idea of why things were the way they were.
-
- This is the type of stuff that you just don't get when doing it on
- your own. Also, by the time we would have rented a car and drove
- and paid addmission and food (where do you stop? where is a good
- place to eat? There are no McDonald's) the price was the same and
- they did the driving.
-
- Keep your options open and enjoy...
