  13. A friend had problem with a flight due to misleading information given by the
  14. airline.
  15. When a formal complaint was filed with the customer relation of the airline,
  16. the complaint was dismissed and another misleading information was given in the
  17. response.
  18. Could someone suggest the next step to do? Any government agency which would log
  19. this type of complaint (name and address appreciated)?
