- A friend had problem with a flight due to misleading information given by the
- airline.
- When a formal complaint was filed with the customer relation of the airline,
- the complaint was dismissed and another misleading information was given in the
- response.
- Could someone suggest the next step to do? Any government agency which would log
- this type of complaint (name and address appreciated)?
