  16. I wear a camera suit with a large wing.  With a throw-out the pouch 
  17. on the leg strap is behind the wing.  When I pull, the wing collapses 
  18. and makes it difficult to grab the throw-out handle.  There is also 
  19. a slight chance that the throw-out may snake through the leg strap opening
  20. of the wing.

  22. I considered keeping the throw-out and adding a pouch to the bottom of the
  23. container.  I went with the pull-out conversion since it is "cleaner."
  24. I haven't had a problem with finding the pud on the pull-out but I 
  25. still occasionally have pilot chute hesitation when I release the pilot
  26. chute before I get it into clean air.  After >1200 jumps with a throw-out, 
  27. old habits are hard to break.

  29. Not all camera-jumpers use a pull-out - it's definately a personal
  30. preference.
