  10. After visiting Crested Butte, Colorado (yes, I know about the boycott)
  11. since lift tickets were free!!!!!!  I noticed tons and tons of people on
  12. telemark skies.  Being a skier for 18 years and a snowboarder for the
  13. last ten, I would like to telemark.  To try and avoid rip off lift
  14. tickets year round and hit the back-country.  Can anyone give me some
  15. input about telemarking?  I am curious about some experiences you might
  16. of had and some technical info.(ie.- what is needed and what are some
  17. equipment prices.)  Thanks and PLEASE stop the snowboard bashing.  It's
  18. not the snowboarder or skiiers fault- just a couple of jerks who might
  19. have given a bad influence about their sport.  Just like some skiiers I
  20. know.  Keep the peace- it's everyones slope.
