- Temps: Hi 34F , Lo upper teens
- Avalanche hazard: extreme
- Avalanches have blocked numerous side roads.
- X-C waxes: blue stick.
- Chains: required, R3 conditions briefly on 267.
- Lift lines: None
- Parking lots: far from filling.
- Road conditions: I80 closed, 89 closed due to avalanche,
- Ancillary comment: heavier, wetter snow. Must watch the lower, colder,
- drier layers.
