  12. I've heard that there are some ski areas in the highlands of North
  13. Carolina, near the Blue Ridge Parkway.  I may soon be doing some travelling
  14. down that way anyhow, and wonder if anyone has any experience or wisdom 
  15. they can share regarding skiing in those parts?  (I must admit I was
  16. surpised to find out about them... do they have to do a lot of snow making?)
